From a lower seed perspective, 11 not a bad deal this year

CBB is very top heavy IMO. After the top 8 or so, it's pretty much matchups of styles as there is a lot of mediocrity.

So an 11 plays 6...not bad. Win that and play a 3, normally not a good thing, but this year, not so bad. Win that and get a 2. But, reality is, no matter where you are seeded at that point, likely gonna have to beat a 1 or 2 to move on.

Best path to avoid 1s and 2s as long as you can this year is the best path, always kind of true but I think more true this year than most.
